Sunny Uppal, Development Manager for West End Quay has overall responsibility for the management of all staff and services within the communal areas of the building.
Previous roles within hotel management both nationally and internationally have provided Sunny with a wide range of skills complementing his position in effectively managing this exciting new development. His team consists of an Administrator, Concierge personnel, Cleaning Operatives, Maintenance and Overnight Security. |
Sunny‘s core hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. In the absence of the Development Manager, the Head Concierge and Team Leaders responsible for the site and will be pleased to offer their assistance.

Administrator
Deanna Nelson is the Administrator on site based at West End Quay. Deanna works from 10.00 am - 2.00 pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 020 70874204 or by e-mail on deanna.nelson@peverel.co.uk.
Short Term Lets
Because of the increasing concern which has been expressed by residents of West End Quay about some of the letting policies of agents, and the impact this is having, the Resident’s Association has decided to take action.
Both agents and leaseholders will shortly be receiving a letter from Peverel, the managing agents, setting out clearly the terms for lets that should be followed in accordance with both the lease and the planning permission.
The managing agents, on behalf of the Association, will now be closely monitoring all existing and future lets to ensure they conform to the lease and, if there are irregularities or contraventions, advising the Westminster City Council of any contraventions of the planning permission so that they can take enforcement action.
This will probably affect only a few apartments but it is important to ensure that no one in the developments suffers as a result of undesirable tenants.

Concierge
Concierge services are available 24 hours a day throughout the week. Each block has it’s own Concierge Desk, fully manned and the team will make every effort to provide you with the expected levels of service delivery in accordance with your lease agreement. This ranges from answering queries concerning day to day operations of the building, Key Management and as point of contact for visitors.
The Concierge within your block can be contacted by the following means:
Video Entry Phone (Intercom)
Press the "key" button on your video door system and put receiver down. It will ring back automatically. Lift handset and speak.
Concierge Telephone Numbers
The concierge within your block can be contacted on the following numbers. Residents who are on the West End Quay telephone network have the additional advantage of contacting Concierge on the internal freephone number at no charge.

Security
A uniformed security guard conducts patrols of the internal and external areas between the hours of 7.00pm to 7.00am. In addition the concierge at the front desk monitors the CCTV surveillance system which is on continuous 24 hour recording mode.
Security Staff can be contacted via the concierge desk.
Cleaning/Groundsperson
In addition to cleaners who maintain the internal communal areas, a groundsperson is employed to litter pick and sweep the external areas and control refuse collection.
