Handbook

The West End Quay Residents' Association handbook has been prepared for the benefit of residents' of West End Quay, it is not intended to be a fully comprehensive work of reference, nor a statement of legal liability (for which you should refer to your lease) but it has been prepared to assist residents' and address certain regularly raised points of concern; hopefully it will provide essential information regarding living on the estate, it is not in any sense a legal document and while every effort has been made to provide accurate information it has been produced as a general guide that will be of practical use to lessees and tenants.

This booklet is intended to both supplement and in some areas supersede the ‘Black Book’ originally provided to each apartment that still has much useful information and has details of the equipment suppliers and some simple maintenance hints

You can read the current version of the handbook here
